Patients who require hospitalization are often prescribed a short stay in an acute rehabilitation hospital where they receive up to 3 hours of therapy daily. Following this brief stay, patients are sent home with scripts for continued therapy at home. We make it possible for discharge planners to set up initial visits with our providers quickly and easily. We understand the importance of consistent care to maximize patient safety and their ability to reintegrate back into the community.

For private pay individuals, we accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
In-office rates:
- $90 (30 minutes)
- $135 (45 minutes)
- $180 (60 minutes)
At-home rates:
- $200 (30 minutes)
- $245 (45 minutes)
- $280 (60 minutes)
