Did you know that you can support your child with their sleep in the same way you support them with their speech and occupational needs?
Are you ready for a full night of sleep? Did you know that it is totally possible to achieve this by 4 months of age? Yes, regressions, sickness, and teething do happen. However, we can expect our children to sleep through the night at least 90% of the time (meaning YOU can be sleeping, too!).
Sleep is essential for your child’s development and it is just as important for your mental health and well-being. During this workshop, you will learn about age-appropriate schedules that will encourage better nighttime sleep, the causes of your night wakings, and how to establish independent sleep habits and healthy sleep hygiene.

Sarah Bossio, Sleep Specialist
Sarah Bossio is a certified pediatric sleep therapist who works with families one-on-one to teach their children to sleep through the night and enjoy long, predictable naps. She has supported over 500 families, located as close as Montclair and as far as Dubai.
As a former special education teacher with 15 years of classroom and behavior experience, she believes that every child learns differently, every parent teaches differently, and every family deserves to make healthy sleep a reality in their household. Sleep is a necessity, not a luxury, so if you are struggling with your child’s sleep, she can help your entire family get the rest you need and deserve.
